17 Best Rabbit Vibrators, According to Our Reviewers
If your bedside collection doesn’t include at least one of the best rabbit vibrators, you might be missing out. While plenty of sex toys can be used in multiple ways—G-spot vibrators might double as clit toys or prostate massagers; wand vibrators can excite nipples—few vibrators stimulate two pleasure centers at once. By teasing your G-spot and your clit at the same time, rabbit vibes make playtime better even when you're alone.
Rabbit toys made their grand entrance into mainstream media in “The Turtle and the Hare,” an iconic season-one episode of Sex and the City. Miranda tells Charlotte about the Vibratex’s Rabbit Habit, and despite her reservations, Charlotte gives it a shot and quickly becomes hooked. “It’s like, every time, boom!” she whispers to Carrie in yoga class. “And one time, I came for, like, five minutes.” SATC helped normalize sex toys and put rabbits on the map, says Jess O’Reilly, PhD, a relationship expert, which is good news, since they're incredibly versatile.

What to look for in a rabbit vibrator
“Forty-three percent of women say that combining intercourse and external stimulation is their most reliable route to orgasm,” sex therapist Laurie Mintz, PhD, tells Glamour. Keep in mind that rabbit vibes are not one-size-fits-all, so finding the perfect one could require some trial and error. “Choose the right shaft length, or else the clitoral vibe won’t reach the clitoris,” Carol Queen, PhD, a sex educator and Good Vibrations staff expert, tells Glamour. Check the insertable length of each toy—long handles don’t count toward this figure—and err on the shorter side, especially if you're a beginner, she says, since a too-long shaft fit can be uncomfortable.
- Material: Look for body-safe materials like medical-grade silicone and/or ABS plastic. This is essential because the external part is up close and personal with your clitoris, and the main shaft is inserted for optimal G-spot (or P-spot) stimulation. While dildos are available in silicone, glass, or steel, rabbit vibrators require flexibility for movement—which you’ll mainly find in silicone sex toys.
- Batteries: You have two options to keep your vibrator charged: battery-operated or USB rechargeable. In general, rechargeable rabbits tend to be higher in quality, typically last between two to four hours, and, of course, eliminate stashing backup batteries. Although rechargeable rabbit vibrators are more expensive up front, if you consider all the batteries you’ll have to purchase to keep your sex toy buzzing, it’s cost effective to splurge for the rechargeable ones.
- Clitoral stimulation: Statistically, the majority of people with a vulva need clitoral stimulation to orgasm. Rabbit vibrators are designed to stimulate the clitoris through a variety of vibration settings like a rumbly “hug” from rabbit ears (if you purchase a literal rabbit vibrator) or from an external component (which might look like a mini shaft à la Lelo Ina Wave 2) that massages the clitoris to climax.
- Waterproof: If you want to be able to include your rabbit vibrator in the tub or for other wet situations, look for “waterproof” on the package. Vibrators that are “splash-proof” or “water-resistant” can’t be submerged the way a waterproof toy can. There’s nothing worse than spending a couple hundred dollars on a rabbit vibrator and realizing it can't be used for shower sex.
