She's a real "poster girl."

Bella Hadid went nearly nude for the cover of Perfect magazine, which was unveiled on January 11. The shoot marks her first cover following her modeling hiatus last year to focus on Lyme disease treatment. Naturally, something splashy and provocative was in order.

The image—one of four collectible covers lensed by photographer Bryce Anderson for the magazine’s sixth issue—sees Hadid seated in a chair wearing only a pair of black panties and a large poster emblazoned with the phrase “Absolutely nothing. Nothing at all” by the London-based artist Corbin Shaw. The inspiration, according to the caption, comes from a snapshot of Blondie front woman Debbie Harry wearing a poster torn from a wall outside the venue in lieu of a dress during a 1978 performance. Hadid completed the barely there look with a pair of big gold hoops and a generous dusting of punchy pink blush across her nose and cheeks. (See the photo here.)

Hadid announced her official return to work in August 2023 with a TikTok captioned, “First day back on set in 5 months!” A month later she starred in an alien-esque fall campaign for Marc Jacobs. But for the most part, she still seems to be keeping her personal and professional life pretty low-key. Much like Kylie Jenner over the summer amid her budding romance with Timothée Chalamet, Bella Hadid seems to be entering her soft-girl era. In October she resurfaced on Instagram with a picture of herself posing topless in a field with a bouquet of lavender clutched to her chest. Perhaps the vibe shift has to do, in part, with her new cowboy boyfriend, Adan Banuelos, a renowned Mexican-American horse rider and trainer who lives in Texas.

Whatever the inspiration, the confidence looks good on her.
